Privacy Policy

Plain answers to what data this site touches, why, and for how long. We use no analytics or advertising trackers.

  1. Who we are: Coffactor OÜ (registry code 17237321), Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: coffactor@163.com.
  2. What we collect:
    • Contact inquiries: when you email us, we receive your name, email address, and message content — used solely to respond to your inquiry. The inquiry form on the Contact page does not send data to a server; it opens your email client with the inquiry addressed to us.
    • Technical data: this is a static website with self-hosted fonts and assets. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request data such as IP addresses and device information to deliver and secure the website. See Vercel's privacy notice.
  3. Cookies and browser storage: Our site code does not set cookies or write to browser storage. Hosting security checks or access to protected previews may use necessary cookies. We do not add analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this page before introducing the feature.
  4. Legal basis & retention: We process inquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Inquiry emails are retained for no longer than 24 months unless a business relationship follows from them; data connected to an active engagement is kept for as long as that engagement requires.
  5. Your rights: Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to coffactor@163.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
  6. Data sharing: We do not sell personal data. Inquiry emails pass through your email provider and ours, NetEase 163. The website does not submit form contents to Vercel; Vercel handles the technical request data needed to serve the site. We also disclose data when required by law.
